We’re excited to share the launch of our new calendar and booking tool.
What does it do?
This new scheduling tool will allow you to manage both customers and your internal team, and is embedded directly in the Fuzey platform.
With this tool, you’ll be able to see the days, weeks, and months ahead for your team and customers and plan meetings with both.
We have a feeling you’ll love it. So, how exactly do you use it?
You can find the Calendar tool already enabled in your Fuzey home page, on the left hand side of the screen in desktop view.
Add members from your internal teams to the top of the calendar with one click. This allows you to see the schedules of your internal team with ease.
Make sure to include a meeting title too! You’ll want this to be simple and something that makes sense to both your internal team and your customers (if you’ll be adding them!).
When you send the calendar invitation, not only will it create an event on all selected agents' calendars, but it will notify you and the customer in the meeting.
How do you edit the length of the meetings? Simply drag the event to the edited time, or click into it and edit directly.
There are also different view options, from daily to weekly to monthly, making it easy to see an overview and plan for the weeks ahead.
