No more missed enquiries for window film installers

Introduction

Solartek Films, a nationwide supplier and installer of window film solutions, was established in 2001, and has spent the last twenty-plus years working on a large variety of window film projects on homes and businesses in the United Kingdom.

How it started

Ben Hickling, Managing Director of Solartek Films, has grown the business from the ground up, so he naturally was excited to find out what Fuzey does. He introduced us to Solartek’s Sales Administrator, Elane Trott.

Elane was particularly interested in expanding Solartek’s communication systems - enabling calls, SMS, and WhatsApp, so that customers could be managed from a single place, while being visible to the full team.

The Solartek team were also interested in how they could best capture leads, manage their payments, and boost their online presence.

How Fuzey is helping

Fuzey onboarded Solartek’s team integrating seamlessly with their systems.    

A new business number was created, complete with automated phone answering and voicemail capture. Multiple communication channels were also enabled, including SMS and WhatsApp for Business.

Elane can now stop worrying about missing a customer message!

Finally, Fuzey set up bank-to-bank payments within the platform. Elane can now quickly and easily collect outstanding payments from customers, and liaise with Solartek’s accounts team if payments haven’t been made.
